There is no question that one of the best features of this modern home is the rooftop. Appreciate both sunrise and sunset vistas that will keep you with your camera in hand. Even from the rooftop, you can hear the ocean waves and feel the salty air. The rooftop vistas of Carolina Beach are gorgeous. This rooftop is equipped with a dining table for six and comfortable outdoor furnishings ideal for visiting.

The fourth floor of the home has the living room, kitchen and dining area. This is an open floor plan which accommodates huge groups generously. Savor the 70 inch 4D TV. The space also has a balcony with charming ocean vistas.

The room has both AC and heat and is the ideal space for evenings or rainy days. Additionally, in the back yard, the home has Adirondack chairs with a fire pit and grille.
