Going upstairs you will find a huge, roomy open floor plan that features natural lighting and gorgeous vistas. The well-outfitted kitchen offers refreshed stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and a enormous kitchen island making it painless to entertain and prepare meals. The living room is finished with an upsized sectional couch with a sizable flat screen TV ideal for a comfortable movie nighttime after a busy sun filled day in the sun. The huge master bedroom is located off of the living room offering a relaxing private getaway. On the second floor you will also find the laundry room and a half bath offering convenience for everybody. With two large decks you are able to not only have vistas of the ocean, but also captivating vistas of the marsh, ICWW, Shallotte River, and Shallotte Inlet; vistas like no other.

Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor and offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with a impressive double vanity sink, and large walk-in shower - and, of course, direct balcony access.

Outside, take a invigorating dip in your large, private pool or lounge with your favorite book in hand. You will be pleased to find a half bath located under the carport as well as an enclosed outdoor shower for your convenience.
