Home was completely modernized in 2021!!!! Home has top of the line kitchen, dining, great room/family room with open concept design. Dining table seats 8 comfortably and 4 can eat at enormous kitchen island. Front porch has amazing vistas of ocean and enough seating for whole family to sit outside and appreciate! Beach access is directly across the street from the property for simple beach days spent appreciating the waves and salty air. Community pool is directly behind home for fast, painless access to swim. Home has tons of outdoor space to spread out and savor the summer breeze. There is also a nice outdoor shower to enjoy after your day on the beach. Outdoor gas grille, seating area with TV, and dining table located under the home.

Brand new kitchen complete with cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New floor, new windows, new woodwork, new shiplap....there is no surface that has not been touched in this home.
Two master bedrooms on main floor, both with King size beds. These two rooms both connect to a bathroom that has been upfitted. Stairway to the upstairs area overlooks the Family/great room space for an open and airy feel. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs complete with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds in each bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms that have also been upfitted.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the largest rental for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
