Home was completely refreshed in 2021!!!! Home has top of the line kitchen, dining, great room/family room with open concept design. Dining table seats 8 comfortably and 4 can eat at enormous kitchen island. Front porch has fabulous vistas of ocean and enough seating for whole family to sit outside and appreciate! Beach access is directly across the street from the property for simple beach days spent appreciating the waves and salty air. Community pool is directly behind home for fast, painless access to swim. Home has tons of outdoor space to spread out and savor the summer breeze. There is also a nice outdoor shower to enjoy after your day on the beach. Outdoor gas grille, seating area with TV, and dining table located under the home.

Brand new kitchen complete with cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New floor, new windows, new woodwork, new shiplap....there is no surface that has not been touched in this home.
Two master bedrooms on main floor, both with King size beds. These two rooms both connect to a bathroom that has been upfitted. Stairway to the upstairs area overlooks the Family/great room space for an open and airy feel. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs complete with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds in each bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms that have also been upfitted.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing and swimming nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling.

When to go & When to book:

• Summertime is the most expensive season in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is an excellent way to save on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
• Find a copy of your local Carolina Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guides contain coupons for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

• Choose vacation dates and max budget.

• Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property manager before booking the vacation home. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
• If there's an individual Carolina Beach destination you are enamored with, search for homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
• Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.
• Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or charges applied to your invoice.

• Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
