OCEAN FRONT spectacular east end home on striking Holden Beach. PET FRIENDLY with spectacular expansive ocean vistas. Beach access is across the low traffic street. Pretty inverted floor plan beach home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps 8. There is 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. Cleanliness is a priority and fresh linens are furnished and beds are made upon arrival. There are wood floors throughout and ocean vistas from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, 2 of which open onto a covered deck. The first floor has 3 bedrooms. A king bedroom with private bath. A queen bedroom and the twin bedrooms which share a jack and jill bathroom. The washer/dryer is also located on this level. Second level is a queen bedroom with private bath. Also on this level is a 1/2 bath off the living area. The living area opens onto a enormous upper porch with chairs and rockers. There is a huge dining table that seats 8 and is also great for board games. The kitchen is entirely equipped new appliances and solid surface countertops.
There is also an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and dressing area.
Plenty of parking for 4 cars. The home offers complimentary high speed wifi and is a great option when working remotely.
If you must work while visiting there is a handy folding desk in the upper level bedroom closet.

  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To book the best rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Carolina Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.
