Appreciate marvelous ocean and waterway vistas from this great dune home! Inverted floor plan with vaulted ceilings, open living/dining area with huge, well-equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms all with ceiling fans, three and a half baths, sitting room, 2 sleeper couches (bed linens not supplied), TVs, WIFI, washer/dryer. Outdoor amenities include three covered porches, one screened porch, Enclosed H/C Outside Shower, a foot shower, picnic table, and a gas grille. Private beach access located at end of street between 1127 & 1129 OBW. Access to private community pier on the waterway! Great beach home for family and friends!

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no family pets or smoking allowed on this property.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Big Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to drive future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
