The impressive back patio is the ideal beach getaway for a backyard board game. Totally enclosed by a privacy fence, the yard offers seating for the whole crew and a grille for meal preparation while appreciating cornhole or bocce ball. For more enjoyment, go for walks, runs, or bicycle rides on the neighboring streets or discover Mike Chappell Park via the Island Greenway, with a playground, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and the CB Skate park.
