Happy Honu (with a nod to the Hawaiian green sea turtle, known as a majestic link between man, land and sea), is a striking five bedroom / 5.5 bath home located in Cape Fear Station. This reverse floor plan design includes three bedrooms downstairs: one cavernous master bedroom with private bath and a king bed. The second downstairs bedroom consists of a queen bed as well as its own private bath. The third bedroom has a double and twin bunkbed with an additional pull-out queen bed and an attached bathroom. There is also a enormous relaxing deck on the main, lower level as well as a roomy screened porch that can be accessed off both the queen and master bedrooms. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Cape Fear Station, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Carolina Beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.
