“American Dream” is located on an upsized lot on a peaceful cul-de-sac with amazing vistas of the Bald Head Island golf course and lagoon. This beauty was completely restored and taken down to the studs in 2020 and will be open for new units Spring of 2021! The home has been professionally decorated and tons of upgrades and nice finishing touches. The lower level contains 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a combo bath and shower. Bedroom 1 has a twin plus a bunk with a twin on top and a double bed on the bottom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed. Upstairs is the main living area with a gourmet / well outfitted kitchen, half bath, broad porch overlooking the great water vistas of the lagoon and 2 master suites. Both master suites include king beds and private baths. The 3rd level is a loft with great ocean vistas! It also contains a separate bedroom with 2 queens. Three four passenger golf carts are also supplied for your enjoyment with the beach being less than a min. cart ride away!

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
• Some owners offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
