Walking is also a great way to get around Ocean Isle, especially since you're staying in the town center. All of the local stores, eateries, and attractions are within walking distance, making it simple to discover the town on foot. Other Things to Note:
**Pool Heat is an additional option that must be requested and paid for prior to stay. Prices vary based on fuel costs at time of stay. Typically between 125-150 per day.
Golf Carts are included with booking when available. While would like to guarantee availability, due to the possibility of maintenance issues, we can not. In the event that the cart is unavailable, the guest will be refunded $100.00 per nighttime the cart is unavailable. If the guest causes damages to the carts rendering them disabled, no refunds will be given. Golf carts require any driver to have a valid driver's license. Minors without a driver's license are prohibited from driving the carts. Insurance will be required and can be purchased onsite during your stay or prior to your stay. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited from driving the carts. Guests accept full responsibility for liability and damages to the cart during their stay. Keys will be supplied to guests only after insurance requirements are met. If guests fail to meet insurance requirements, no refunds will be given.

Pool will be serviced daily in accordance with NC state health department requirements. Access must be supplied to technician. Pool heating costs will be passed on to the guest if heat is requested during your stay. Please contact host of fee inquiries. Costs to heat pool will vary based on fuel prices.
