Welcome to Cheek to Cheek, managed by Brunswick Vacation Units!

Stunning Vacation and relaxation, these are things everybody looks forward to. Whether you are surfing, basking in the sun or appreciating the summer breezes on the oceanfront deck, you will appreciate being on island time. This oceanfront 6 bedroom 3.5 bath home is steps away from the sand and surf. Grab a cold drink and feel the anxiety of everyday life melt away. This home has newly been refreshed inside and the beach strand re-nourishment finished. All that is needed is some sunscreen, a good book and vacation memories to be made.

On the ground level there is enough room for 4 cars, enclosed outdoor shower, and golf cart charging outlets.

The first floor includes the kitchen (with a drip coffee maker), living and dining area, and laundry room. Along with a half baht, and two bedrooms with king beds that share a jack-n-jill bathroom.

The second floor have the remaining bedrooms. Two rooms with 2 doubles, one room with 2 twins, and the remaining room with 1 queen.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 28 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $230 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

• Summer is the most expensive season in the Carolina Beach area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
• The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
• Find a copy of your local Carolina Beach area magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guides contain discounts for local tours and attractions.

• When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to stimulate new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review.
