"3 Little Birds" is a reverse floor plan home with 4 Bedrooms, 4 1/2 Baths with a separate crofter. The striking vistas of the marsh are just unbelievable! We are located in Cape Fear Station, a min. golf cart ride to the Shoals Club and did we mention the marsh front vistas?! There are 3 bedroom suites including 2 enormous master suites with king beds, both have private porches. The third bedroom has two twin beds and private bath. The crofter is a separate bedroom and bath off of the main home with a double bed. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, gas stove, wine cooler and a well outfitted kitchen!

• To find the best value, try changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
