This acclaimed golf community features three championship courses offering 54 holes of golf, plus a clubhouse and practice facilities. In addition to an on-site dining option, the complex is within walking distance of numerous local eateries, groceries, and convenience stores. The beach and Sunset Beach Fishing Pier are just over a mile across the Intracoastal. Rated the '4th Finest Beach in the World' by National Geographic, the pristine shores of Sunset Beach are sure to offer countless hours of sun-soaked bliss during your stay. Just a short walk from the condo, the Village Activity Center provides both daily and weekly rates, with amenities including an indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool area with a tropical bar, and a game room featuring a pool table, Ping-Pong, and shuffleboard.

The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tropical bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.

Finding your perfect rental:

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. • Is your family looking for unique amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters.

Considerations for your stay:

• We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone.

• Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
• During arrival, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the host. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your home life. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have not otherwise known!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
• Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
