Ready for some Peace and Quiet? Come and stay in this roomy oceanfront home (4K, 2Q, 2F, 4T) with a private oceanside heatable saltwater swimming pool and hot tub! The covered porch and open decks offer phenomenal vistas. Private boardwalk to the beach. New for 2024, a refreshed kitchen with new appliances, 2 fridges, and a whole new look! Check back for photos as this is an ongoing project.

This six-bedroom, six-bath Hobbs Intelligent Home features a marvelous open floor plan, high-speed WIFI, and expanded HD cable services. This impressive home offers new LVP floors throughout all the bedrooms. Outside, you will find new decking and railings all around the home and at the pool including a freshly expanded additional-huge pool and sun deck. There is a enormous gas grille.

The home provides a three-floor residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Please note that the elevator size will not accommodate a wheelchair.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach.
