Oceanfront with direct beach access for the community. Offering plenty of space for a huge family! Two living areas, two kitchens, six bedrooms, and six baths with shared interior doors in between! Parking for up to 4 cars, 2 per condo! Up to 4 dogs allowed (2 per condo) - $200 pet fee per dog per week reserved plus tax required.

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • Be a good neighbor. Frequently, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
