Centrally located, within 15-20 mins. of all Wilmington beaches, historic downtown, and attractions.

Appreciate the fenced in yard, grille, or huge soaker tub; ideal for private relaxation.

THE SPACE
This 1600 sq ft home has high ceilings throughout, making it big enough for the family to spend time together, but also have their own space too. The home comfortably sleeps 6. There’s also a queen sleeper couch in the downstairs office if you’re looking to get cozy and accommodate 8 people.

Note there are no doors on this office, it’s connected to the living room & kitchen.

MASTER BEDROOM
Located upstairs, the cavernous master bedroom has a memory foam king bed and 32" intelligent TV. Guests will have to login to their own streaming services on this tv.

GUEST BEDROOM 1
Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and 32" intelligent TV. Guests will have to login to their own streaming services on this tv.

GUEST BEDROOM 2
Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam bed.

BATHROOMS
There are 2.5 bathrooms; a half bath located downstairs off of the living room & kitchen, a freshly refreshed full bathroom upstairs & a large en suite master bathroom.

PARKING
There are 2 complimentary driveway parking spots for guest use. Off street parking is not allowed. We are unable to accommodate more than 2 parking spots. The garage is off limits and for host use only.

SECURITY

For safety purposes, we have three actively recording cameras that record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

We also use a noise monitoring device at this property; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

  • To get the largest rental home within budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to compel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
