Come visit The RECONDO at WILMINGTON which is part of downtown Wilmington’s historic Masonic Temple, constructed in 1899. Stay at this convenient location giving you the ability to spend your days at any one of our beaches and your nights shopping, eating, and bar-hopping within a walking distance of our home. *We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $50 pet fee per dog. No complimentary parking at this time.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo. Self check in with door and lockbox codes.

Please note: This unit is located in a building that also has a rooftop bar a couple stories above. There may be late nighttime noise, especially on weekends.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
