The Overlook got its name from the upsized deck overlooking the award-winning Cape Fear river walk! The Overlook is one of the best spots in downtown Wilmington. Within walking distance to multiple eateries, bars, museums, breweries, and more! The Overlook offers a king bed, one bath, and a massive deck for morning coffees or sipping afternoon wine. Appreciate all of downtown Wilmington in this centrally located condo!

The Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington is a showstopper of a walk that is a distinctive attraction all its own. Originally conceived in the 1980s as a way to generate more interest and tourism to the Cape Fear River waterfront regions of Wilmington's historic Downtown, today the Riverwalk encompasses a full mile of spectacular boardwalk, hugging the borders of the riverfront, and providing visitors with countless vistas and simple access to some of the Downtown's most beloved attractions.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the hallway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. Guests can check in with a keypad entry.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot across from the building.

  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
