Our comfortable 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo is located on the second floor that is cavernous enough for your charming hideaway or a modest family getaway. Your guests can relax in the private community pool or savor the gorgeous Atlantic beach just steps away from these villas. This condo has an entry shaded balcony overlooking the pool where you can relax after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a private balcony that provides ocean vistas with marvelous sunrises and sunsets.
This space opens to the well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for prepping meals or snacks.

You are just steps to the beach, North End Fishing Pier/Tiki Bar and undeveloped Freeman Beach, where you can drive your 4 x 4 car. About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near theme parks and near the beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Legion Stadium are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Yacht Club and Marina and Carolina Beach Arcade. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the largest rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.

Advice for your stay:

  • To make sure damages aren't attributed to your visit, inspect the property for any problem areas during check in. message the rental manager immediately to document your findings. If there is a dispute, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your peace and quiet. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
