Units includes two queen beds, microwave, mini refrigerator, RoKu TV, Keurig coffee maker, modest sitting couch, all linens (not beach towels) and private bathroom-Note** Not all units look the same!! Guests have access to 2 pools on the property and a calming patio, BBQ grille and outdoor games. The beach and boardwalk are about 2 blocks away-just a short walk! Eateries are within walking distance along with local stores and must see attractions. These units are NOT PET friendly!

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance.   • If your group is bringing pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly rental. Make sure to ask for details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • If there's an individual Carolina Beach beach you are enamored with, search for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Be sure you get the owner's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents a lot of problems.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Note any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on good feedback to inspire new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
