The Summer House is a delightfully located oceanfront home with a comfortable bungalow feel and a spectacular view. There's enough room for the whole family on the marvelous covered porch overlooking the ocean, with timeless wooden rocking chairs and a handsome bespoke 20 x 11-foot heated pool (open year round).

This bungalow home offers an open living den, kitchen, and dining area, includes a vaulted cathedral ceiling with beams, ceiling fans, and classic dimmable lighting fixtures, picture windows that overlook a breathtaking view of the ocean, a slip-covered couch bed, and couch, a covered street side porch with sitting area. This home has fast and reliable WiFi and cable TV. There is a intelligent Roku TV in the family room, every bedroom, and the laundry room.

The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, impressive granite countertops, quality brushed silver faucets, a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, a constructed-in microwave, a toaster, a blender, and a Dual 12-cup Coffee & Keurig Machine. It has pots, pans, cooking silverware, an assortment of drinking glasses, quality silverware, and a complete spice rack for your favorite culinary creations.

This bungalow features two primary bedrooms. One of them features a luxury bathroom while the other has an ocean view, as well as its own private bathroom. The third bedroom sports an ocean view with a shared bathroom (including a full-size bathtub) that connects with the adjoining fourth bedroom.

Additional amenities include a roomy enclosed parking garage, outdoor grilles, a sizable laundry room with a convenient sitting area, a folding table, iron, ironing board, steamer, and hanging rack.
