You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. • Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a great time? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
