This is a 3 bedroom 21/2 bathroom villa with 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins beds in the loft area.
A BHI GUEST club membership is available for separate purchase. The guest club membership includes all BHI club amenities, including golf, pools, tennis, exercise center and dining.

TV's available in every room.

Chairs and table available on the deck where you can observe the golfers finishing up their rounds on the 18th green.

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Look for your local Carolina Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guide magazines contain discounts for local shops and restaurants.

Planning, selecting, and booking the best Carolina Beach rental home:

  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Howards Haven has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is often available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property manager before you book the rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to determine which bed configuration is optimal for your vacation.
  • Are you visiting for a single event or attraction? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental.
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or charges may be applied to your contract.

  • Document any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be valuable if a dispute arises.
  • Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your life at home. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to compel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
