Spectacular beach home. Highly charming location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all eateries. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Includes 2 queen and 1 twin beds. This home has a giant yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which features many stores and eateries. Just blocks from the home is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat units. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grille. Included are all bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta bed. We provide all linens. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all pots, pans, cups, and silverware needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. We provide a washer and dryer. This home is kept very clean and can be a ideal vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had numerous problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Kids and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a Max if 5 total.

We also do not allow family pets or smoking.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • Summertime is high season in the Carolina Beach area. To book the largest rental home within budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Carolina Beach attractions.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
