Spectacular beach home. Highly beautiful location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all eateries. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. Includes 3 queen beds. This home has a giant yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which features many stores and eateries. Just blocks from the home is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat units. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grille. Included are bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta bed. We provide all linens. The kitchen is completely supplied with all pots, pans, cups, and silverware needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. All bedrooms have wall mounted intelligent TV'S! We provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This home is kept very clean and can be a ideal vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had multiple problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Kids and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals.

We also do not allow family pets or smoking.

Sticking to a rental budget:

  • Summer is high season in the Carolina Beach area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a good way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Look for your local Carolina Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.   • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on good ratings to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
