Book a stay in this comfortable, oceanfront, 2nd floor condo, located near the northern end of Carolina Beach. Our family condo has a roomy living area and eating nook, completely equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (1 King bed and 1 Queen bed) and two bathrooms. Savor a cup of coffee while calming on our deck that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. If you are lucky, you might even see the dolphins frolicking in the surf. Our unit is located by the Periwinkle Lane public access so it makes walking back and forth to the beach painless and convenient. Like fishing? We are only a few blocks from the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier. If you walk or drive a mile and a half south, you will wind up at the famed Carolina Beach Boardwalk, a favorite among kids and adults alike. In the summer months, the boardwalk provides games and ride attractions. Stroll around the boardwalk or sit and swing awhile while appreciating one of Britt's famed donuts. In the offseason months, appreciate the quietness that this north end location has to offer. Carolina Beach has so much to offer everybody and we believe that you'll savor the scenery, sounds, relaxation, comfort and convenience of our little home away from home.

Getting the most from your budget:

  • Summer time is high season in Carolina Beach. To find the largest rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.

  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a fantastic stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
