This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was completely modernized in 2018 and is gorgeously decorated. The ocean and sunset vistas are one of a kind! Appreciate the breezes on the two screen porches or soak up the sunshine on the open deck. The open floor plan is ideal for family gatherings or couples looking for a hideaway. The kitchen is well appointed with a Keurig coffee maker and features a huge granite island with bar seating. The furnishings is modern and selected for comfort. Each bedroom is outfitted with comfortable beds, TVs and oscillating wall fans. This home features two master suites upstairs both having king size beds. Downstairs there is a bunk room that includes two twins and two double beds. There is also a king bedroom downstairs which shares a full bath with the bunk room. The home is pet friendly and your four-legged family members are welcome! We have a bespoke, constructed-in dog kennel, a travel crate and an outdoor dog washing station. We have 2 golf carts (4 passenger & 6 passenger), 2 bicycles, charcoal grille and plenty of beach gear. Nothing has been overlooked and we know you will be pleased in this home. A permanent UV air purifier has been installed in the home to help stop the spread of germs, viruses and odors.

• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer is high season in the Carolina Beach area. To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Carolina Beach restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
• Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
