You will savor the inverted floor plan, with the sizable open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen located on the 2nd level. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished, complete with unique additional seating, striking floor, and modern lighting. Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st level, and is complete with a Queen bed, and ocean vistas, and shares a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 is located on the 1st level, and is complete with 1 Twin/Twin bunk bed and 1 Full bed, balcony access with marsh vistas, and shares a full bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 is located on the 1st level and is complete with a Queen bed, balcony access with marsh vistas, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower.
