This completely refreshed 3 bedroom / golf course view condo located in the Royal James Community is really a rare find on BHI. This home has it all and nothing has been over looked! The kitchen is well supplied and the entire home is professionally decorated to the notch. Savor your morning coffee on our back deck over looking the award winning golf course. Royal James also has a community pool, which is ideal and convenient. We are centrally located on the island with the beach less than a min. golf cart ride (6 passenger golf cart) and the BHI Club the same. We have access to the BHI Club, which may be purchased separately. This includes dining at Horizons, fine dining at the club, pool privileges, work out facility, tennis, croquet and golf! About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
• Book your rental property in Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.

• Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or could be applied to your invoice.
• If there's an individual Carolina Beach beach you love, browse properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
