"Balvenie" is located in Flora's Bluff on South Beach. We are right across from the beach with direct beach access just steps away! We have a reverse floor plan with the living room, dining and kitchen upstairs. Downstairs we have a king master suite, along with two other bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom is a queen room and the 3rd bedroom / nook is a twin bed with a trundle. Both rooms share a bathroom.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to stimulate future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your review find their best rental home. Please be objective.
