Everything you need in a home! We have an open floor plan with the main living and master suite downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and cavernous bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with a shared bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. Outside is a separate room (crofter). Our unique crofter has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and dining area. There is a queen bed, a queen murphy bed and a bathroom. There is plenty of room for another family! The outside space is just as nice! We have a great screened in porch and plenty of outdoor space with our fenced in back yard. We also have a 4 and a 6 passenger cart. We have thought of everything to make your stay with us ideal and memorable!

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Cape Fear Station, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including wildlife walks.

When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, shift your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
