Welcome to The Sweet Spot!!!! This handsomely furnished 2 bedroom home has 2 bathrooms and all the amenities of home.  The kitchen is well supplied with cooking silverware for those who prefer to dine in. Coffee lovers can appreciate an entire pot of coffee or just a cup using the Keuring.  The porch is a covered space where guests can savor the shade and vistas of the Carolina Beach Lake!  There are 3 Intelligent TVs (with streaming capability).  Just a short walk to the beach. Close proximity to downtown Carolina Beach, the Boardwalk, Veggie Wagon & just across the street from the beach.   

Parking for 2 cars (assigned, tandem spaces, under the building).  Sizable trucks or SUV's may not fit.  Please check with reservationist.

***1 Modest Dog is allowed with a pet fee

***Gas Golf carts are allowed - no plugin for electric; however, they do count towards parking allowance.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as surfing/body boarding.

• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
