My Golden Jewel is a freshly refreshed ocean view unit in Carolina Beach’s Sea Colony complex, and is the ideal place for a modest family's vacation or a charming weekend hideaway! This bright and inviting property has everything you’ll need to savor your time in coastal heaven. The living room holds a sizable recliner, a sleeper couch and a huge flat screen TV, and offers access to the covered front balcony - the ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee. The kitchen is completely supplied with everything you need for a dinner in, if you choose. In the hallway between the living room and the bedroom there is a bunk bed in the alcove that is ideal for kids. The bedroom is at the back of the condo, with a king size bed and access to the bathroom, which was modernized in late 2022.

The complex is ocean front with pretty ocean vistas, plenty of parking, a enormous pool, and direct beach access. Within walking distance from this complex is a pizza shop, an ice cream shop, the Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar, and a lake with a walking trail.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. To book the best rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
