Your next oceanfront hideaway is ready at Ocean Breeze! Unwind at this comfortable 1-bedroom condo located on the 3rd floor. Wake up to gorgeous sunrise vistas of the Carolina Beach coastline and appreciate drinks on the private balcony. The condo offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeper couch for an additional 2 guests.

When entering the unit you will be met with a roomy living room space. The living room space offers a queen sleeper couch, Cable TV, and balcony slider door. Off the living room, you are met with a kitchen. It is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker and everything you need to make a a meal. Between the living room and kitchen, will be a modest hallway which leads to a bathroom with a washer and dryer in hallway closet. On the other bed of the hallway leads to the main bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed for your sleeping arrangements, enormous window to savor the view and balcony access. Equipped with a dresser, and walk in closet to unpack and make yourself at home.


We supply linens for the queen bed in the bedroom and sleeper couch linens upon request.


The deck is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise or maybe just catch the surfers later in the day while sipping a margarita. If the timing is right, you will be treated to an definitely impressive moonrise over the ocean.

You will have be able to enjoy the whole one bedroom condo to yourself with a private oceanfront balcony with access from the living room and bedroom!


There are 2 parking passes supplied for the unit. There is additional over flow parking across the street around the Salmon Colored building labeled 'Courtyard at Seascape'.


The pool is also located across the street between the 'Courtyard at Seascape' buildings. They offer some pool loungers and tables. There is also a smaller charcoal community grille outside the pool gates for guest use. (Charcoal is not included).

This oceanfront properties direct beach access is closed due to beach erosion. In front of the condo you will see limited beach space. This is due to beach erosion.

Beach Access is currently Sand Fiddler Street/Periwinkle Street or Carolina Beach Pier on the left side when facing the pier from the street.


The pool is located across the street in between the Courtyard at Seascape buildings. There is also a charcoal grille outside the fenced in pool area for guest use. (You must provide your own charcoal.)


There is overflow parking with valid parking passes across the street at any Courtyard at Seascape property.


Parking passes and pools key are left in the condo for guest use.

Please make sure your parking pass is placed in your car immediately after arrival to avoid towing.


Walk over to the Carolina Beach Pier to enjoy year round food and drinks. They do occasional Holiday themed events ideal for all ages!


Savor Freeman Park where you can drive your car onto the beach or camp out for a nighttime! They are pet friendly year round and only a 2 min. drive away.


Public Kayak access by going on Starfish Lane crossing over Canal Drive.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Carolina Beach Yacht Club and Marina and Carolina Beach Arcade are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
