This two-story inverted floor plan is within walking distance of the Holden Beach Chapel, the HB Park with playground, basketball court, and summer splash pad, as well as the HB Pavilion on the Intracoastal Waterway, where our summer concerts are held. Local island eateries are also close by and painless access to the bridge. This enchanting island home has fabulous vistas throughout, especially from the two levels of decking on the street-side with peeks of the ocean and salty ocean breezes. The beach access is conveniently located across the street and about two homes down to the left of the home. Your entire event will appreciate the convenience of the private swimming pool (open Easter - October).

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

When to go & When to book:

The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Booking your Carolina Beach vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.

Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
