This is a 5BR/4BA, 2100 sq ft property that comfortably accommodates 2 or even 3 families; max. occupancy of 15. The location is 3rd row equivalent and ideally set on a relaxing beach access street in a peaceful neighborhood on the west end of OIB. It’s only 200 feet and a two min. walk to beach access and the wide beaches of the west end. Stairs have been removed from beach access for easier access in 2015. The dining room area off the kitchen seats 9 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island bar top. Or you may choose to have a meal on the screened porch off the dining area where there is a table and seating for 4. There are ceiling fans and wall mounted flat screen HD TV’s with digital cable in every bedroom including a Blu-ray DVR in the kid's bunk room.
