Sunbathe on lounge chairs between invigorating swims. Or, kick back and breathe the salty air while calming on two covered porches (front and rear). You’ll adore being located a short walk to private beach access and within painless walking distance to island eateries, coffee stores, Holden Beach Chapel, city park, and music venue.

Inside, find updated furnishings in the living and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances (2021). Savor a coveted open layout, complete with four bedrooms all on one floor. Four TVs, equipped with cable and/or a DVD player, provide entertainment. Central air conditioning plus heating, ceiling fans, and an enclosed outdoor shower add convenience.

• Property management companies typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
