Welcome to "La Mer" (The Sea)! We look forward to hosting you and your family / friends at our little bungalow by the sea. The ICW is great for fishing, watching the waves roll in or you can rent a boat at the close by marina. Appreciate a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the front porch and listen to the ocean waves crashing on the shore of the Intercoastal Waterway.

A short distance to shopping, awe-inspiring eateries and the beach, it is the ideal location for a calming beach hideaway!
Our home has four bedrooms and two baths and can accommodate up to 10 people. All bedrooms and attractively decorated with a beachy feel and come equipped with a intelligent tv.

POLICIES -

- Linens and towels are not included, but can be delivered (for an additional fee) or you can bring your own. If you would like to rent linens, please indicate such in your request to book.

- No events, events or huge gatherings (of more than 10 people)
- Quiet time starts promptly at 10pm as a courtesy to our neighbors

We reserve the right to terminate your stay at any time if any of the aforementioned policies are broken, including exceeding the max. occupancy of 10 people. Must be at least 25 years old to book.

You will be responsible for any damage to the property or missing items caused by you or your guests during your stay.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

Find your best deal:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking your Carolina Beach vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to drive future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
