My well decorated, clean and comfortable condo features 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom, a pull out twin bed and has an elevator and a balcony. Located on a golf course, just 4 mins. to the beach and 7 to downtown southport! Owner operated for the BEST customer service.

Inside you’ll find a roomy set up with high ceilings, an electric fireplace and balcony. Located on a golf course with access to tennis courts. Close to a great waterfront park where you can put your boat in the water or bring the kids to appreciate the playground.

Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Southport. To book the largest rental within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Carolina Beach attractions.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.
