New electronics and lighting throughout, including the 65” intelligent TV in the main living area, 42” in the master, and a 27” in the top bunk all to take advantage of the supplied cable and wireless internet. Convenient phone charging stations and USB ports on the end table floor lamps in both the main living area as well as the master. The bathroom features all new floor, vanity with granite top, and toilet. All of this complemented by new high seat Adirondack-stye chairs on the balcony to top off a serene and calming experience with a gorgeous and unobstructed view of the ocean steps away. Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School.
