Adorably decorated 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo 100 steps from the beach (not ocean front) Located on the North End of the island you will be steps to the Carolina Beach Pier and Freeman Park. The famed Carolina Beach Boardwalk is approx 1 mile away. In 20 mins. you can be in Historic Downtown Wilmington. Complete with Washer Dryer, King Size memory foam bed, Full size Couch Bed(which is best for kids and typically not adults), Dishes, Pots and Pans, Bath Towels (beach towels are not supplied), Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker. Patio seating, Pool, Roku TV (you can log in to your Netflix, HBO and Prime accounts if you wish) Board Games, DVD's.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is in the city center. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
