Come savor the natural light and ocean breezes at this handsome bespoke-constructed well-maintained 5 Bedroom, 4.5 bath, open-concept family-friendly home with two Master suites, private heated saltwater pool and covered pool patio. This entirely supplied destination offers the ideal balance between luxury and function for a calming vacation. Saltwater Revival is located on the East end on a peaceful dead-end street. It is just a 4 min walk from the beach offering surfing, swimming, shell hunting, sunbathing or a sunset walk, a 2 min walk from the Intra Coastal Waterway fishing pier and within walking distance to eateries, ice cream shoppe, coffee shop, and Bridgeview Park with basketball/pickleball court, playground, splash pad, boat dock and pavilion. Local golf cart units and daily set-up/take-down of beach tents & chairs are available.

Holden Beach is known for its welcoming locals, impressive beach and nesting sea turtles. It is recognized as a top beach by USA Today and one of National Geographic Traveler's Magazine top 10 family beach destinations.

All BEDROOMS are decorated with "Beach" themed decor, have comfortable beds, ceiling fans, TV's, wicker bags benches and a cellphone/electronics USB plug on each nightstand.  Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are PROVIDED in the rental price.  Both master bedroom suites have a walk-in closet and private bathrooms with walk-in tile showers.  The first-floor beach side Master Bedroom features a desk should anyone need to "work from home".  The second-floor beach side Master Bedroom en-suite features a infant crib, changing table and rocking chair.  This bedroom has a balcony with 2 rocking chairs and a peek-a-boo ocean view. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd floor street side and features a private bath with tub/shower combo.  Bedroom #4, located on the 2nd floor beach side, has a king bed and shares the hall bath with tub/shower combo with Bedroom #5 which is located second floor on the street side with a queen bed and set of bunk beds.

All BATHROOMS feature COMPLIMENTARY hand soap, make-up removing wipes, starter toilet paper and a blow dryer.

The open-concept kitchen, den and dining area located on the first floor makes a great family space to entertain. The well-equipped KITCHEN features granite cabinet tops, stainless steel appliances including TWO fridges and everything you need to make a gourmet meal. We furnish COMPLIMENTARY dishwasher pods & liquid, trash bags, cooking oil & spices, alum foil, plastic wrap, and plastic storage bags along with starter paper towels. You will find two coffee makers to savor a k-cup or 12 cup option and of course we provide COMPLIMENTARY coffee filters, creamer and sugar. There is a toaster oven, crockpot, enormous stock pot, electric can opener, blender, hand mixer, grille, an assorted pots & pans. The island offers seating for four.

The DINING AREA offers seating for eight and a highchair and a booster seat for the little ones. The huge table is great for family game nighttime.

There’s plenty of room for the family in the DEN AREA which features a 65” wall-mounted flat screen intelligent TV, sound bar, Blu-ray DVD player. An electric fireplace, sectional couch and 2 cozy chairs feel like home. Assorted DVD's, playing cards, puzzles, and board games are supplied for your enjoyment. Need a good book? There are books located in the den cabinet and there is a bookshelf in the first-floor Master Bedroom with selections to appreciate on the beach.

The LAUNDRY ROOM on the first floor features top-load full size washer and dryer new in 2023 as well as a utility sink.

Appreciate the large DECK on the kitchen/den level with kid safety gate for a meal at the outdoor table, relax in one of the two rocking chairs or use the gas grille that makes outdoor cooking convenient. We even provide propane for the gas grille. The fenced-in BACKYARD is great for kids.  There is even a retractable gate at the bottom of the stairs at the pool area to keep little ones safe from playing on the steps. Cool off in the delightful saltwater POOL, lounge in a chaise or just hang out at the bar, seating area or outdoor table located on the POOLSIDE COVERED PATIO which also features a 60" TV & Bluetooth Speakers. Fire Pit is available Sep - May. Pool toys and lawn games including a soccer ball, football, cornhole, badminton and other outdoor games are included in the outdoor storage box to enjoy a little competition. Pool heat is available Mar, Apr, Sept & Oct (Mar & Nov weather permitting) at an additional charge and paid directly to the owner. The OUTDOOR SHOWER with Hot/Cold water is convenient for washing off the sand before you enter the home or pool and has COMPLIMENTARY shampoo & conditioner. There is a basket of sand toys located there for the little ones to enjoy playing in the ocean sand. There is an outdoor gathering area in the CARPORT with a porch swing and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the shade and ocean breezes and a great rainy-day location for cornhole and other games. The FRONT PORCH has two rocking chairs, kid safety gate and a view of the waterway.

There is KEYLESS ENTRY on exterior door from carport into an interior stairway so there’s no need to carry keys. For security, there is outside camera surveillance of the property.

Several area companies offer daily set-up and take down on the beachfront tent canopies & beach chairs. Golf cart and bicycle units are available locally with drop off & pickup to the home. Jet ski and kayak units are close by. For great family time enjoy the water slide and miniature golf on the causeway. Take a fishing charter, fish in the intercoastal waterway or at the beach.
