This oceanfront home is just waiting for you and your family! Inside, you will find LVP throughout, fresh interior paint, all-new decor, bathrooms, HVAC, and a completely refreshed kitchen with modern finishes and stainless steel appliances. As if that is not enough, all of the furnishings is brand new including the beds! Updates also included installing glass doors on all the showers, remodeling the primary shower in full, and installing new windows and doors on the beach side of the home. Also, there are flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms to stream your favorite shows.

Outside you will find a saltwater pool with a heater and new Trex decking around the pool, boardwalk, and decks! Unwind on the new and generously appointed outdoor furnishings and appreciate the ocean breeze. The view of the ocean and beach strand is unmatched! This home offers 5 bedrooms (3K, 2F, 1BB, 1PBB) and 4 bathrooms. Occupancy is limited to 12.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

Absolutely no family pets nor smoking allowed on this property.

When to visit Holden Beach & When to reserve a rental home:

Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To find the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Carolina Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
Some hosts offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
