This oceanfront home is just waiting for you and your family! Inside, you will find LVP throughout, fresh interior paint, all-new decor, bathrooms, HVAC, and a completely modernized kitchen with modern finishes and stainless steel appliances. As if that is not enough, all of the furnishings is brand new including the beds! Updates also included installing glass doors on all the showers, remodeling the primary shower in full, and installing new windows and doors on the beach side of the home. Also, there are flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms to stream your favorite shows.

Outside you will find a saltwater pool with a heater and new Trex decking around the pool, boardwalk, and decks! Unwind on the new and gorgeously appointed outdoor furnishings and savor the ocean breeze. The view of the ocean and beach strand is unmatched! This home offers 5 bedrooms (3K, 2F, 1BB, 1PBB) and 4 bathrooms. Occupancy is limited to 12.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home & When to go:

  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Summer months are high season in Holden Beach. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Carolina Beach area travel guides which often include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself.   • Note any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if a dispute arises.
  • Respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to inspire new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review.
