Sticking to your spending budget:

  • Summer months are high season in the Carolina Beach area. To find the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months.   • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
