This open concept floorplan is handsomely laid out with nautical décor. The living room is furnished with a full sized couch and a adore seat, a pretty coffee table with books and a big screen TV that sits on a T.V. stand. This is ideal for families and friends that appreciate watching their favorite shows together while spending quality time.

The kitchen flows from the living room and is furnished with a table sizable enough to seat ten and two bar stools at the bar. Look out at the handsome greenery as you feast on your meal. The grey kitchen cabinetry makes this area comforting and neutral. With all stainless-steel appliances and the basic cooking essentials you need, you can whip up your favorite dish for your appreciated ones.

To the right of the dining area is the first bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed and surf décor. There is a TV in this room for your leisure. The fifth bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed with two bean bags, a T.V., a coat rack and a plethora of games such as Charades, Pictopia and an Xbox. Kids’s books are also supplied for you.
