Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. Kids must be supervised in and around the pool at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool.

You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old. If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 25 years old.

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in the Carolina Beach area. To find the best value, try shifting your family's Carolina Beach vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
