WELCOME to Historic Ebert-Artis Cottage!

We hope you have a great stay in Wilmington's Spectacular Historic District! The Ebert-Artis House is a modernized downtown home with modern amenities all while maintaining its historic appeal. This property features a stately front porch, chic modern kitchen, gorgeous wood floors, fenced in rear yard, and off street parking! The upstairs features two guest bedrooms, a full guest bathroom and a handsome owner's suite, which includes a refreshed bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and enormous walk-in shower. The downstairs features office (or 4th bedroom!), formal dining, eat in kitchen and living room with fireplace. You'll appreciate spending time in the roomy backyard complete with a fire pit and grille. The home is equipped with a whole home water filtration system and comes with plenty of room to have space for all of your family and friends!

The location of Ebert-Artis Cottage really can't be beat. You'll be able to comfortably walk to all the striking stores and eateries that Downtown Wilmington has to offer. The Riverwalk is only a few blocks away as well. You're close enough to get all the benefits of downtown but in a peaceful location away from all the hustle and bustle.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, porch, and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
