Take in a partial view of the ocean and plenty of salty sea air at this striking home by the sea. Designed for families and groups looking to take a casual break, this home is ideal for calming in a neighborhood close to the beach. Savor a soak in the private hot tub after a long day of swimming and sand castles! But if you'd rather cool off in the central air-conditioning, there's plenty of comfortable seating indoors. The private washer/dryer will take care of the beach towels while you relax. The full kitchen features all the full-size appliances you need to put together delicious meals during your vacation. There's also a whole set of margarita glasses included because why not take in an ocean view with a proper drink?

This home's bedrooms are on the lower floor, save the main bedroom. Furnished balconies on either side of the condo mean that everybody staying on the lower floor is never too far from a spot on the terrace.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
• Look for your local Carolina Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guides have coupons for local accommodations, restaurants and tours.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a wonderful stay? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
