Escape to our comfortable beach getaway, ideal for families and family pets. We provide a pack-n-play and booster seat for young kids, and furry friends are welcome too! Savor ping pong, darts, corn hole, and bocce, or relax at the community pool. Walk to the island’s pier, eateries, playgrounds, and putt-putt. This cavernous 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is the ideal beach getaway for families, friends, and pets. Located just a short walk from beach access, it features a community pool open from 9 AM to dusk, April 1st through October 31st. We appreciate cooking and bringing family and friends together, so we’ve made sure the kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. From a crock pot to a Keurig, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and even a regular coffee maker, we’ve got you covered. (Please note: coffee and coffee filters are not guaranteed to be included, but there may occasionally be some left over from previous guests.) You’ll also find sharp knives, cutting boards, and mixing bowls to make prep simple, plus plenty of plates, silverware, cups, and mugs for everybody to savor. Families will adore the infant amenities, including a pack-n-play, infant bath seat, and an infant-to-toddler booster seat. There are also puzzles for all ages, a few indoor toys, and beach toys for everybody. For even more family fun, there’s bocce, shuffleboard, ping pong, and more!

Important Note: Linens and towels are supplied in the costs! This includes one set of sheets per bed (excluding the pull-out couch), bath mats, an initial kitchen set, and enough towels for up to 13 people. Clean quilts and pillows are also supplied for all beds.

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Carolina Beach area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.

  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to compel future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
