It is a mere 5 mins. from downtown Wilmington with its cozy shopping, eateries and vibrant nightlife, and 10 mins. from NC's most gorgeous beaches. It is located in a peaceful and peaceful neighborhood, on a tree-lined street overlooking Mary Bridgers Park.

Wilmington has it all, from historic downtown with its striking stores, art galleries and cozy cafes, to some of the most striking beaches on the east coast, including Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. It is also home to the annual NC Azalea Festival and Riverfest. Parkview Cottage is located in the ideal location to take in everything that Wilmington has to offer.
