The studio unit is located directly under the main home and offers a modest but functional kitchen space, plush king-sized bed, and a window unit for cooling. The upper and lower units of this home are only connected by exterior staircases that can be accessed from either side of the home. The main home includes central heating and air conditioning while the ground floor apartment includes a window unit.
